Later on, extension of this program, now including desuperheaters, return valves, reducing stars and -sections, overpressure protections and other specially designed valves and equipment for the utility industry; development of the transformer with safety device. |

On the decisive initiative of the associate Mr. Ferdinand Appelberg, new valve types for nuclear power stations are sold and marketed. Initial orders in this business line were placed by the experimental atomic power station K.ahl and by the nuclear power station Gundremmingen.
