Minimum flow control
valve with 8 stages
|
|
The application of the minimum flow control valve is to control the flow of the excess discharge at feedwater and condensate pumps to the condenser or to the feedwater tank thus safely coping with high pressure drops. The minimum flow valve has the function of a pump safety valve.
Design characteristics:
Depending on the pressure drop, a maximum of 10 stages can be provided to avoid cavitations.
The first and third stage are formed by the seat bush and the 2nd stage is realised by the hole spindle. Additional stages are realised by diffuser plates.
· maintenance friendly due to easily exchangeable
internals
· round valve bodies
· no vibrations
· no cavitations
· noise level <75 dB (A)
· valve body sizes up to 2000 t/h
